The refurbishment project set out to refresh the space to create a modern library, reintroduce original features, and re-invigorate the upstairs Community Room.

The main library has been transformed with new shelving and furniture.

The original roof lights have been cleaned and repaired when necessary and allow natural light to flood in from the new glass roof above.

The computer room is equipped with new computers, and the study area has several options for working or relaxing with a book.

The new childrens library is a space for younger readers and families to enjoy.
